Press Release Body: Saturday, July 12, 2008, The Universityhouse Channel will host a five hour marathon of the award-winning series, \"Perils For Pedestrians\". Ten of the most popular episodes will be played back to back from 7:00 PM to midnight EDT (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT). Universityhouse is located at Channel 9411 on DISH Network satellite television.
"Perils For Pedestrians" is on public access cable channels in 130 cities. It is regularly scheduled for Tuesdays at 9:30 PM EDT (6:30 PM PDT) on The Universityhouse Channel. Although there have been marathons before on some of the cable channels, the five hour marathon on Saturday is the first for satellite viewers.
John Z Wetmore, host and producer of "Perils For Pedestrians", has conducted interviews in all 50 states, 4 Canadian provinces, and 8 countries overseas. Guests include advocates, planners, engineers, academics, and public officials.
